SANHE INTERNATIONAL IP ATTORNEYS established in 2005, the agency office with foreign-related qualifications was initiated and established by the first and second generation of senior foreign-related intellectual property agents in China, bringing together senior experts in various industries. Major members of the institute have been to Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries for further study or work experience, and engaged in the front-line agency work for a long time, accumulated a lot of practical experience in trademark, patent application, invalid review, especially foreign agency experience. The firm has acted for thousands of international patent applications, and is good at dealing with all kinds of patent difficult cases. The firm's patent agency experience is particularly strong in the fields of electronics, electrical control, computer, AI and information technology, and covers the fields of automobile, metallurgy, medicine, biotechnology, materials, mechanical engineering and so on.
The main members of the institute have conducted multi-dimensional research on patent theory, and are often invited to give speeches at lectures and seminars on intellectual property at home and abroad, and have published dozens of papers on high-level journals. Our institute has established an industry-university-research alliance with East China University of Science and Technology, which serves as an internship base for graduate students of law School of East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
In 2012, JTERO recommended to Japanese companies as one of the foreign patent agencies in Shanghai on its website.
I work for baosteel Group, State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company, east China University of Science and Technology hired one of the patent agency.
The baosteel patent of "200710093977.2", "a High magnetic induction-oriented silicon Steel and its production method", which I acted for, won the first prize of the 7th Shanghai Invention Patent in 2013.
