On July 9, Intellectual Property Research Center of Fudan University held "Seminar on industrialization and Intellectual Property of New Energy and efficient energy-saving Technology". In the first stage, professor Zhang Naigen, the principal of the topic group, and graduate students Liu Yang, Zhao Yan, Qian Lin, Zhang Qian, Weng Weimin and Jin Siyu reported the results of the topic "Intellectual Property Policy for Promoting the Development of Shanghai New Energy Industry". Comments from Liu Luyan, General Manager of Shanghai Meike New Energy Co., LTD., Xu Yiping, Chairman of Shanghai Yiping Intellectual Property Agency Co., LTD., Lou Xianying, partner of KING & Wood, And Han Ling, Shanghai Branch of Beijing Jijia Law Firm; In the second stage, Professor Yu Yangyao of the Law School of East China University of Science and Technology gave a speech on "Legal system and System performance of Promoting solar Energy utilization in Japan", and professor Wang Fuxin, deputy director of intellectual Property Research Center of Fudan University, and Intellectual Property Department of Baosteel made comments. In the third stage, Dr. Liu Yongpei from INTELLECTUAL Property Office of Shanghai Jiao Tong University gave a speech on "Nuclear Energy and Cities: Reflections on Law and Technology", with comments by Professor Zhu Guohua from School of Intellectual Property of Tongji University, Dr. Yuan Zhenfu from School of Intellectual Property of Shanghai University, and Reporter Luo Zhengguang from Xinhua News Agency Shanghai. In the fourth stage, professor Zhang Naigen, the principal of the research group, and graduate students Li Xiaoshu, Li Luyan, Feng Li, Wang Yingye and Du Wei reported the research results of "Industrialization and Intellectual Property rights of High-efficiency Energy-saving Lamp and Large Electronic Display (LED) Technology". Comments were made by Xu Xun, general manager of Shanghai Yiping INTELLECTUAL Property Agency Co., LTD., lawyer Liu Liping, partner of Shanghai Sanhe Wanguo Intellectual Property Agency, and lawyer Li LAN, Shanghai representative office of Baker & McKenzie. In the fifth stage, Associate Professor Cui Xugao, Department of Electrical Light Source, School of Information Science, Fudan University, gave a speech on "Application and prospect of Group III nitride in yellow-red LED and solar cell". Comments were made by Lawyer CAI Haichun, Head of mechanical and Electrical Department of Shanghai Sanhe Wanguo Intellectual Property Agency, lawyer Shan Xunping of Dacheng Law Firm, researcher Wang Wei of Science and Technology Information Institute of Shanghai Food and Drug Administration, associate professor Ma Zhongfa of Intellectual Property Research Center of Fudan University.
