Obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate If a Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, the Trademark Office shall, after examination and approval, publish a declaration of loss in the Trademark Announcement and issue a Notice for Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate. Where the Trademark Registration Certificate is damaged, the applicant shall return the Trademark Registration Certificate to the Trademark Office when submitting the application for reissuance. If the application for reissuance is complete and in conformity with the provisions, and after examination and approval, the Trademark Office shall issue the Notice for Obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate.
