There are two ways to apply for a new Trademark Registration Certificate:

(2) The applicant shall go directly to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office to handle the matter.

3. Procedures

(1) Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the applicant may voluntarily choose any trademark agency recognized by the State to handle the matter. All trademark agencies filed in the Trademark Office are published in the "agency" column.

(2) Where the applicant directly goes to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office to handle the matter, the applicant may follow the following steps:

Prepare application form → submit application form at the reception window of the trademark registration hall → type receipt bar code at the coding window → pay application fee at the payment window.

4. Preparation of application documents

2. The name and address of the applicant filled in the application form should be consistent with the current trademark registrant; The trademark registration number and category shall be consistent with the original Trademark Registration Certificate.

5. Payment of fees

The fee for each reissued trademark Registration Certificate is 1000 yuan.

Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the applicant shall pay the supplementary certification fees and agency fees to the trademark agency, and the supplementary certification fees charged by the Trademark Office shall be deducted from the advance payment of the trademark agency.

Obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate

If a Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, the Trademark Office shall, after examination and approval, publish a declaration of loss in the Trademark Announcement and issue a Notice for Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate. Where the Trademark Registration Certificate is damaged, the applicant shall return the Trademark Registration Certificate to the Trademark Office when submitting the application for reissuance. If the application for reissuance is complete and in conformity with the provisions, and after examination and approval, the Trademark Office shall issue the Notice for Obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate.

(1) If the applicant goes directly to the Trademark Registration Hall to handle the matter, after receiving the Notice for Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate issued by the Trademark Office, the applicant shall, in accordance with the requirements of the notice, go to the Trademark Registration Hall in time to obtain the Trademark Registration Certificate. For those who have not received the Notice of Receiving the Trademark Registration Certificate for various reasons, the following documents shall be submitted when they go to the Trademark Registration hall to receive the Trademark Registration Certificate:

1. Original and photocopy of the business license of the trademark registrant, or the photocopy of the business license with the official seal of the trademark registrant;

2. Letter of introduction from applicant;

3. Id card of the applicant and its copy;

4. A copy of the Trademark Announcement of the registered trademark, or the announcement period number of the trademark and the trademark registration number.

(2) Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the Trademark Office shall mail the Trademark Registration Certificate to that trademark agency. Seven, notes

If the renewal is handled together with the transfer, if the renewal application is made in the name of the transferor, the name of the trademark Registration Certificate reissued shall be the transferor; If the application for renewal is filed in the name of the assignee, the name of the reissued Trademark Registration Certificate shall be the assignee.
